The Oasis Holistic Healing center is excited to offer you the opportunity to join our weekly guided meditations, specifically designed to boost your self-confidence. Every Friday at 11:30am (CST) we host a zoom session aimed at helping you build your confidence and achieve your goals.


What are Guided Meditations?

Guided meditations are a form of mindfulness practice where an experienced practitioner leads you through a meditative journey using verbal instruction. These meditations are designed to help you focus your mind, let go of negative thought patterns, and cultivate positive qualities such as self-confidence.
